Gameday in Saint Petersburg for the round 14 between Zenit & Sochi.

According to last news, Zenit shouldn't get any problems of missings for this game. There is high chance to see Cassierra back. In case of being a starter he will be very motivated as he is facing his ex team.

On their side Sochi will be without Terekhov suspended. Zaika & Angban are injured. Key player Georgi Melkadze should be out again.

Zenit is ranked 1 with 10 wins & 3 draws for 36 goals scored & 5 goals conceded. They just made a very bad game in Cup where they won only 2-1 against a Samara team who was playing with a B team. They dominated the game but they didn't put that much of intensity.

On their side Sochi is ranked 8 with 6 wins, 2 draws & 5 losses for 22 goals scored & 22 goals conceded. They just made a very bad game in Cup against Ural and lost 2-3.

I really expect a big one side game here by Zenit who is too strong this season for the league, they still kept big invesments and they have an amazing team with Claudinho, Malcom, Barrios, Rodrigo, Santos, Cassierra etc. They will be very motivated to show a better performance than on their previous cup game. The good thing for Zenit is that they don't have to travel like Sochi who had to travel more than 2300km.

Sochi became a really bad team compare to last season, they are under the coach Vadim Garanin now so it's a reason of why they became weaker but also because they lost key striker Cassierra to Zenit, Rodrigao to Zenit, Barac, Prutsev. They make some addition but also not amazing players.

There is no reason to not see Semak put the best 11 for this game.

If Zenit plays at their level with high intensity I expect them to win 3-0 or 4-0.
