Morale is sky high in Turkey right now. Nobody could imagine they would start qualification with 2 wins against the two best national teams in the group. They won a game against Netherland in Istanbul 4-2 with veteran Buruk Yilmaz scoring a hat-trick and then they won a game against Norway on neutral ground in Spain with 3-0. These two wins for sure will give Turkey a very good position in the group so I don't expect them to slip against the weakest team in the group. In the game against Norway, they allowed only one shot on target so I don't expect Latvia to score in Istanbul, (Turkey kept a clean sheet in 9 of the last 12 wins). Latvia is with Gibraltar weakest nation in the group, they started with two losses against Montenegro at home 2-1 and 2-0 loss against Netherland in Amsterdam. They should be happy with just a 2-0 loss as Netherland had 35 shots on goal in that game. Turkey will be very motivated to finish this cycle with 3 wins and I expect them to win with 3 or more goals. This is a high handicap line but I think Turkey will win this 3-0 or 4-0.
