Haugesund managed 1-1 away against Vålerenga last time out in a relatively boring match. But Haugesund may not be known as the most entertaining team away from home, and they were probably happy with a point there. With only 17 goals scored, only Aalesund have scored fewer, and it is only a fairly decent defense that keeps Haugesund in a safe 11th place with 19 points. But after a poor 1-1-4 in their last six games, the gap is starting to shrink, and now they are just three points ahead of Vålerenga which stand in the qualifiers. They are quite ok at home after all with 14 points in eight games, but now comes a tough opponent.

Bodø/Glimt won 4-1 here last year, and even though Bodø/Glimt are in the middle of a demanding E-cup qualification, they are probably clear favorites here as well. But there have been clear signs that Bodø/Glimt have been focusing extra on Europe, winning all four of their matches against Bohemians 1905 and Puynik Yerevan, while they are actually coming off two straight losses here in the Eliteserien with 0-2 at home against Tromsø and 2-3 away against Viking. This has meant that Bodø/Glimt now suddenly have only the goal difference to go down to Viking in second, and then it's probably time to start focusing a little more on the domestic series as well. They're still the best away team in the league with 21 points from nine games, and I think they'll bounce back quickly here even though they're heading to Romania on Thursday.
