Yes they do, but it seems to be a mission impossible.
There is not much to add to the actual results and class. A look at Norwich tells their state and form;
They have lost their 4 latest by at least 2 goals. Two of the opponents perhaps slighty better than Chelsea, but the last two sgnificantly worse.
Norwich are rock-bottom in the league but surprsingly only 5 points from safety. Both the eye test and the performance data suggest that they should be dead and buried by now and more than 10 points below safety zone!
Chelsea are clearly the 3rd best in the league this season. Far from City and Liverpool, but the gap to the rest of the pack is probably even bigger.
Chelsea have won their last 3 league games without conceding a goal, as Tottenham, Palace and Burnley have been beaten by a total of 7-0. That 7-0 was also the result when these teams met in October in Chelsea!
There is nothing overly dramatic at team news front and Chelsea still need points to secure a good final position, and as there are 6 days until their more important game - CL match Lille - there is no need for rotation.
I do not want to make this more complicated than this is, Chelsea to win 0-3 or so.
